Ever thought to yourself "I really want to get my dick pierced?" Did you ever freak out thinking "Fuck ever having a giant fucking needle anywhere near my dick"? I was both. After organising a same-day appointment with Joeltron, I decided to leave the remaining few hours between then and my appointment to simultaneously build myself up, and freak the fuck out. I should have just kept at building myself up, because having a receiver tube stuck down my eurethra, followed by a 4g needle was probably one of the best decisions of my life! Joel sat down with me, discussed the process, the aftercare, what implements he was going to use from the two sets of gloves, to the one-use marker and the jewelry we decided to go with. The procedure could not have gone more smoothly, and I barely felt a thing! Joel and the team (hi, Eden!) give you nothing but time to discuss every conceivable option that is open to you, from placement to the best jewellery for the chosen piercing. I was pissing blood in the shower this morning, but I couldn't have asked for a better piercing! Thanks Joel!

I called in for a consultation about a daith piercing yesterday, and walked out 30-35 minutes later with a beautiful new piece of jewellery. Joeltron was fantastic! He explained the entire process as he went and made sure I understood what would happen. The piercing itself was very smooth and only mildly uncomfortable. The after-care advice was very clear (and also emailed to me in case I lost the leaflet!) and the follow up service at the 2 week and 2 month points to check everything is healing well and if the ring needs to be downsized was unexpected but much appreciated. I love my new piercing and can highly recommend Stone Heart!

While visiting from interstate, I deliberately sought out a piercing studio which was APP (association of professional piercers) certified. Without knowing the Sydney area, I knew this was the only way I could be sure I would get an experienced, knowledgeable and qualified piercer and a studio with the highest of hygiene standards and safe, quality jewellery. This is largely due to the lack of regulation of body piercers by the Australian government. I found Stone Heart because they were the only APP certified studio in Sydney, and all of their piercers were certified too, not just the owner. They did not disappoint. Joel and the crew managed to fit me in that day despite their very busy schedule, gave me excellent advice and helped calm my nerves. I also noticed him politely assisting other customers in the store who had issues with existing jewellery or piercings. I have a lot of respect for his shop manor as I have met many a professional piercer who are quite rude when educating clients who don't know any better. Amazing experience, will be sure to visit again next time I'm in Sydney!

Gave me great advice, turns out the first two people who pierced my nose hadn't put it in the correct spot! Would explain why it never healed those times. Having got it re done at Stone heart, I have not had a single issue with it. Wide range of amazing products, jewellery and otherwise. I'm probably preaching to the choir at this point, but I've never had a single experience at any studio that has measured up to any of my visits to Stone Heart. I knew when I decided to have my helixes done that there was only one person who I'd go to for them, and Joeltron went above & beyond to make sure my experience was a good one, & answer any question or concern I had, no matter the hour. I was also lucky enough to book with the lovely Eden for both my follow-up appointments, & I'll definitely be going back to her for more work in future. Both Joel & Eden have the most wonderful bedside manner - there was never any point where I felt anything but calm, comfortable and cared for. There's nowhere else I'd consider going now, & nowhere else I'll recommend except for this group of wonderful folks!

Everyone at Stone Heart is amazing. Just went in to see my artist, Onnie, after a year and a half of healing time for my thigh piece and she touched her up quickly and made her pop even more. Thank you everyone for being awesome and having such a rad team of humans working in the space. OB has also been amazing every time I've gone in with a piercing question or needed new jewellery. I cannot recommend Stone Heart enough.

Got my tongue pierced, procedure was quick, with little pain. The guys made sure I knew in depth how to take care post procedure and if I had any issues or queries they responded within a couple hours. Great vibes and clean, sterile environment.

Went in to get an industrial piercing. My ears were too thin, so I decided on a cluster piercing! Everyone was absolutely LOVELY! Highly organised! The place was immaculately clean, the jewellery was GORGEOUS and of high quality. Eden was absolutely so lovely and so helpful. She talked me through the entire process including aftercare. She showed me how everything was sterilised etc. I will DEFINITELY be coming here for more piercings in the future! I am BEYOND happy! Came home to immediately write this review!

After spitting my tongue bar across the room during a presentation I shot down to this mob (from what I can tell the closest piercing shop to CBD) and bought myself a new bar. I was in a bit of a rush and but staff still incredibly friendly, super keen to help and very, very knowledgeable. Turns out all my current jewelry is what's known as 'costume jewelry' so I'll probably come back and replace the lot when next I lose one of the closure ball thingy-majigs. Anyway... top team and the rest of the jewelry on display looked real nice too.} I was also looking for a new tattoo shop... if their work is my style then I'll deffo hit these guys up as only spent 15 minutes with them but can tell from the two that I spoke to... they're a good bunch.
