The Flat (also known as the “Outer Conch”) is a versatile cartilage piercing that provides a large area for unique placement. Flat piercings are highly customisable and although often used in ear curations, they can look incredible on their own. Due to the placement and challenging healing requirements of this piercing, we require a consultation with one of our practitioners to determine if the Flat is suitable for you.

Healing rules matter here! Sleeping on your new flat is a hard pass. Pressure can seriously mess with healing and increase the risk of scarring. To help your piercing thrive, we won’t pierce cartilage if you already have a healing piercing on the opposite ear.
