Information

Although still a nostril piercing, high nostrils are pierced above the alar crease and generally have longer healing times than a standard nostril piercing.

Anatomy will play a significant role in determining where piercings can be placed and how this may impact healing, so we require a consultation with one of our practitioners before your piercing appointment.

Wearing glasses can cause complications if they slide down and knock out the piercings. It is recommended to tighten/adjust glasses before having the piercing done to prevent irritation from occurring during the healing process.
